Welcome to the Shooters Netball Club

Shooters Netball Club had its inaugural season in 2003. It started with 4 teams playing at the Sue Belcher Centre (formerly Noranda Netball Courts) under the Noranda Netball Association. The club  fielded 12 teams in 2011 ranging in ages from Netta through to the seniors grade. Here at Shooters, we offer a safe environment for children to learn the game of netball. All of our committee and coaches that do not have children in the club have “work with children” certificates.

We promote sportsmanship and fair play while drawing out the competitor in us all. We encourage all our children to enjoy their sport, learn the game and the rules. When they are  supportive of each other on and off the court, it makes for a fun way of learning and building confidence.

We have a dedicated group of hard working volunteers that are proud of the name Shooters Netball Club. These people form our committee, and want to ensure our members are enjoying their netball. Our “open door” policy means we want to hear from you, if you have any new ideas or suggestions on ways to help improve and grow our club, do not hesitate to contact one of us.

So come-on, be a Shooter.
